Tracey holds a Diploma in Business Administration. With a background in administration and extensive experience in Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) as an Educator and Nominated Supervisor, her primary role is as a devoted wife and mother of four. Tracey was drawn to CCFC by her passion for play-based learning and her positive experiences with Family Day Care (FDC) as a parent and committee member. She finds reward in making a genuine difference in families' lives and valuing educators. Outside of work, Tracey loves family time, camping, and has a sweet tooth for chocolate.
