Lynette brings over 30 years of experience in early learning services. With a Bachelor of Education and an Associate Diploma in Social Sciences, Lynette has held roles including early childhood teacher, Centre Director, and mentor, helping services achieve the best outcomes for children and families. Her fondness for Family Day Care inspired her return to this community-based environment. Lynette loves the warm, genuine atmosphere at Coffs Coast Family Care and is passionate about fostering strong relationships. She also enjoys travelling, with Paris being her favourite destination.
